Please unpack the parcels as soon as you receive them. It would even be great if you do that infront of the delivery person. Any damages need to be reported within 7 working days. No claims are allowed post 7 days grace period. No return policy is available for these goods.

Shipping is done through FedEx International Priority. If anyone is interested to get products shipped through DHL they can send us a request for the same. The packaging is usually done in wooden pallet except non-glass or non-fragile items. Other packaging method we employ to ship the less fragile items is through Carton Box Packing
